Bella was the first dog adopted at Mulligan’s Mutt Madness 2024 in October. Bella’s humans say they fell in love with the pup as soon as they saw her.

“We’ve been talking about getting a German shepherd for a while, so when we saw her, we knew it was God’s plan,” says Mandy who characterized the adoption process as quick and easy. “We are so grateful to Mulligan’s Mutt Madness for blessing us with our sweet Bella girl. We are grateful for all you are doing to unite dogs with their forever families.”

Mandy says Bella got lots of attention walking around the Equip show floor until her little legs got tired. Once home, Bella adjusted to her new surroundings quickly.

“She enjoys all the toys and snacks and has already learned tricks. She likes picking on her big dog sisters and playing with her humans,” Mandy says.

Mandy adds that Bella brings lots of excitement, energy, laughs, and love to their family. "She is definitely the piece of our hearts that was missing. Thank you to everyone involved in uniting us with Bella, and all the work you do to help the animals who need saving.”

Mutt Madness 2024 united 12 pups with their forever families. Since it started six years ago, more than 70 dogs have been adopted at Mulligan’s Mutt Madness.
