February’s Mutt of the Month: Frank

Frank Louis – named after Frank Sinatra, “Ol’ Blue Eyes,” and Louis for Louisville where he was adopted – found his forever home at Mulligan’s Mutt Madness 2024. Frank’s adopter Scott says his family lost their beloved dog in September and that he didn’t go to Mutt Madness expecting to take a new pup home.

“Frank brings a lot of entertainment to our family; there is never a dull moment,” Scott says. “We love our fur children.”

Frank has a fur sibling named Lilo in his new pack. “He drives her crazy at times, but they get along great,” Scott reports. He adds that Frank goes to work with him every day.

Scott characterizes the adoption process at Mulligan’s Mutt Madness as easy. “The Kentucky Humane Society (KHS) was great. It’s such a wonderful event. Keep up the good work! Every fur baby needs to be loved by a forever family, and I’d have 20 if I could.”

Mulligan’s Mutt Madness 2024 matched 12 dogs with their new homes. All told, Mutt Madness has connected over 70 dogs with their forever families, thanks to the partnership with KHS. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see TurfMutt’s Howl of Fame Mutt Madness alumni.
